Irrigation Inspection (“the Service”) is software for documenting irrigation inspections, repairs and compliance. It is operated by the platform owner (“we”, “us”).
Companies register and invite their own technicians. You are responsible for the accuracy of the license information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Technicians must hold a valid, current irrigation license where the law requires one. We do not independently verify licenses — the company admin who approves a technician is responsible for that verification.
You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service, including property records, inspection findings, photos and customer information. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any information about your customers and their properties.
The Service records and organizes work; it does not perform inspections, certify systems, or verify that work meets code. Reports, estimates and AI-generated narratives are drafting aids that require review by a qualified person before being relied upon or sent to a customer. Compliance features (including backflow and watering-schedule tracking) are recordkeeping tools; you remain responsible for meeting all regulatory obligations.
Where payment features are enabled, card and bank payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. When a payer pays for a repair through the Service, funds are routed to the servicing company’s connected account and a platform fee is deducted. We are not a party to the underlying work agreement between a company and its customer, and we are not responsible for the quality of that work.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, upload content you lack the rights to, attempt to access another company’s data, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
The Service is provided “as is” and, during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during a free beta, may be zero). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or property damage arising from irrigation work.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request export or deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account admins. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
